accessibility
our commitment
seasons of your life is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people of all abilities. we are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying relevant accessibility standards.
we aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standards.
accessibility features
- keyboard navigation — all interactive elements are fully accessible via keyboard, with visible focus indicators throughout the site.
- skip to content — a skip link is provided to bypass navigation and jump directly to main content.
- reduced motion — all animations and transitions are automatically disabled when your system's "reduce motion" preference is enabled.
- color contrast — text and interactive elements meet WCAG AA contrast requirements in both dark and light modes.
- screen reader support — semantic HTML, ARIA labels, and live regions are used to provide meaningful context for assistive technologies.
- responsive design — the interface adapts to all screen sizes with minimum 48px tap targets on mobile devices.
- text sizing — minimum 16px font size on inputs prevents auto-zoom on iOS devices.
known limitations
while we strive for full accessibility, some aspects of the experience may present challenges:
- chart visualizations (listening trends, star songs) rely on visual rendering and may not be fully accessible to screen readers. we provide data tables as alternatives where possible.
- share sheet canvas images are generated visually and cannot be read by assistive technologies.
- profile management actions (switching profiles, removing files) use confirmation dialogs that may not announce to all screen readers.
